While the R&B group TGT (comprised of Tyrese, Ginuwine, & Tank) was out celebrating the recent release of their album “3 Kings” at The Park night club in DC, Tyrese straight up passed out while getting his party on. He was rushed to the hospital Friday night immediately after the incident. According to his rep, “Tyrese has been going non-stop since July promoting his new TGT album.” Tyrese recently posted up a flick with fellow bandmate Tank along side the singer at the hospital, sporting a sling on his arm from the nasty fall. Luckily, his rep reassures us that the singer is perfectly fine now! Check out the video of the fall and the pic in the gallery.
