President Obama will soon be leaving the White House (wipes tears). He recently decided to hold his farewell speech in Chicago. The speech will be at McCormick Place in his hometown Jan. 10. Admission is free, with tickets being released Jan. 7 on a first-come-first-serve basis.

As coach Gregg Popovich removed Kobe from an all star game for the final time, the players on the court and the fans in the seats gave him exactly what he deserved in the form of a standing ovation. You can see he was genuinely touched by the outpouring of love from his peers and judging by how every player pretty much went out of their way to approach Kobe, the night means just as much to them watching their idol.
