Wow! Guess Who Might Be Helping Chris Brown Avoid Jail Time: The Secret Service!

Chris Brown may really be in luck. Reports have been conflicting thus far regarding his recent fight in Washington D.C. that resulted in jail time for the singer and a possible probation violation, but someone very important may be able to clear up the confusion: a member of the Secret Service! Here’s the deal: In the official documents filed by the police on the scene of the fight, a witness told cops that he heard the victim tell another cop that Chris did NOT hit him, only the bodyguard. The cop this was allegedly told to denies the conversation ever happening…but a nearby, on-duty Secret Service agent (they were in D.C., after all…) has gotten in contact with D.C. police to tell them that he happened to be around when the victim told the cop Chris never hit him, and he’s 100% sure those words came out of his mouth. It doesn’t get much more trustworthy than a Secret Service agent, so this could be a HUGE break for Chris with the L.A. Probation Department, since it’s up to them to decide whether Chris violated or not (which would result in up to 4 years in prison.) Stay tuned!

Wasting NO Time: L.A. County Probation Department Launches Investigation On Chris Brown

Just moments after Chris Brown stepped out of the Washington D.C. courtroom where he appeared before a judge to face charges of felony assault, the L.A. County Probation Department launched a probe into the case to determine whether or not Breezy violated his current probation stemming from the 2009 Rihanna incident. The charge in D.C. has been reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor for both Chris and his bodyguard, to which both pled “not guilty” and are due back in court for next month. However, pending the findings in the LACPD’s investigation, Chris could still face jail time if they feel he violated the probation. They will soon submit their findings to the judge, who will then make the final call on whether or not Chris will be put behind bars. The max case in this scenario is 4 years, but I doubt he will do that, if any!

Wait, Chris Brown “Victim” Motioned That He Had A Gun?!

Hmm, things are starting to become more and more clear in this case! So far, what we know FOR SURE is that Chris Brown and his bodyguard got into an altercation with two men outside of the W Hotel early Sunday morning. The incident occurred when Chris was taking a photo with a female fan/fans, and a man and his friend tried to be funny and jump in the photo. From here, there are conflicting reports. According to the victim, it was all fun and games but Chris got overly angry for no reason and said, “I’m not into that fagg*t sh*t, I’m into boxing!” and threw a punch. Seems a little outlandish to me. The police report originally stated that Brown’s bodyguard hit first, and then it was cleared up to say he hit first, but that’s still unconfirmed as of now. However, a new update in the case from an eyewitness could add more padding to Chris’ case. Did the victim signal that he had a gun? Check out what the witness said below!

(Photos + Video) Kind Of Random! Chris Brown Just Entered Court…And Guess Who’s With Him!

At 1:20pm EST, Chris Brown entered court in Washington D.C. to find out his fate after his post-nightclub brawl early Sunday morning. The hearing is currently ongoing, so there’s no update there as of yet…but what’s interesting is who he brought with him! Unlike his last court date when he had then-girlfriend Rihanna by his side, Karrueche opted to stay home this time, but Mama Breezy was with him as usual…as well as Trey Songz?! Kind of random! We’ll keep you updated as more developments are released.

Chris Brown DID Throw The First Punch…But An Error In The Police Report Could Work In His Favor!

There was a major error in the police report from Chris Brown’s arrest in Washington D.C. on Saturday night…and it could work in his favor in a BIG way! The initial report stated that Chris Brown’s bodyguard threw the first punch, but it was actually Chris who did so. The report was later corrected, but Chris’ lawyer may be able to get him off because of the mix-up. To add to that, police also revealed that they videotaped Chris, the bodyguard, the alleged victim, and other witnesses describing who hit whom during the melee, and they believe some of the people on tape may be completely embellishing their side of the story…another point that could work out for Chris. After spending over 24 hours in jail, the singer is due in court today at 1pm EST. We’ll keep you updated!
