Bank Of America Threatens Foreclosure Over $1

Bank of America has threatened foreclosure on a home for only $1. Shantell Curtis and her family recieved a foreclosure notice on a house that they recently sold over $1 which turned out to be a mistake by the bank. Steven Alexander Cross fled from his Minnesota home in the middle of the night to avoid foreclosure and left his young son behind. The 60-year-old father left a note to instruct his son on what to do when he woke up.
