NBA: Metta World Peace & Steve Nash Weigh In on Dwight Howard’s Future

Yesterday Dwight Howard took to Twitter to express how he was feeling about the team and Lakers’ fans. He even dropped a hint that he may stay with the Lakers.  We don’t know what decision free agent D12 will make (hopefully he won’t do what he did with the Magic), but Metta World Peace and Steve Nash both had something to say about it.

NBA: J.R Smith Turned Down a Larger Offer From Lakers to Be a Knick, Will He Do it Again?

New York Knicks guard and Sixth Man of the Year J.R Smith has made quite an improvement, so much so that the Knicks may no longer be able to afford him after this year.  Smith has never had a big payday and might finally cash out.  But before Knicks fans sulk it turns out Smith took less money to stay in New York before but will he do it again?  Read more after the jump.


NBA: There’s a Big Chance Andrew Bynum Will Re-Sign With the Philadelphia 76ers

Dwight Howard isn’t the only center who’s team is trying to re-sign him.  Although Andrew Bynum has sat out the entire season with knee injuries and collected $17 million from the 76ers for doing nothing, that doesn’t mean they don’t seriously want him back.  The reality is, there’s a shortage of good big men in the NBA and Bynum is still regarded as one of the best centers available.  So when he becomes a free agent at the end of the season there are a few offers that will come his way, however he still hasn’t ruled out rejoining the Sixers.  Read more after the jump.
