NBA: Marc Gasol Says He Hasn’t Ruled Out Signing With the Knicks as a Free Agent

The Memphis Grizzlies were in town and beat on the Knicks winning 103-82.  Prior to the game, reporters were able to speak to Marc Gasol who is set to become an unrestricted free agent this summer and is highly coveted by the Knicks.  A few weeks ago a report surfaced that Gasol ruled out the Knicks as a possible destination but he confirmed the report is not true.

NBA: Report, If Tim Duncan Retires, Spurs Make It Known They Are Going After Marc Gasol

San Antonio has been the league’s most consistent franchise for going on 18 years now, but two of the three players that have been in place for much of the team’s recent success — Duncan and Ginobili — are in the final years of their respective contracts, and could very well choose retirement at the conclusion of this season. If that happens, the Spurs aren’t going to pursue a long rebuild through the draft. They’re instead expected to go hard after one of the top unrestricted free agents that will hit the market this summer.

NFL: Dallas Cowboys Lose DeMarco Murray, Sign Darren McFadden As Replacement

The Dallas Cowboys got over the loss of DeMarco Murray pretty quickly, although that doesn’t mean they are better off for it. The Cowboys announced today they have agreed to terms with Darren McFadden, who has spent all of his injury plagued career with the Raiders. McFadden will not put up the same type of numbers Murray did, but if he can stay healthy he is not a bad option.

(Video) NFL: It’s Finally Done! DeMarco Murray Signs Five Year/$42 Million Dollar Deal With The Eagles

The deal that took the past few days to get done, but we all knew it would, finally happened yesterday when DeMarco Murray agreed to a five year/$42 million dollar contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas Cowboys allowed Murray to walk away, which may come back to haunt them, especially with Murray staying in the same division. Nonetheless, Murray seems thrilled to be in Philly.

(Update) NFL: Report, He’s Back!! Darrelle Revis Returns To The Jets, More Than $40 Million Guaranteed

New York Jets fans once again have a reason to live knowing the best defensive back in the entire NFL is back on their side. Darrelle Revis announced he agreed to terms to return to the New York Jets. Revis was asking for more than $40 million guaranteed and once details are announced the number from the Jets is expected to be that or higher. The terms of the contract expect to be for three years. Fresh off a Super Bowl win, Revis gives hope to the Jets again as they have an automatic advantage against the best wide receivers and quarterbacks in the league. The Patriots decided they didn’t want to pay him $20 million for one year, so they released him with hopes of bringing him back, but they knew the Jets were going to battle them and they won. The balance of power in the AFC East may finally be shifting towards other teams. This deal was easily the most anticipated of the entire free agency period.

NBA: Report, Clippers Sign Nate Robinson To 10-Day Contract

The LA Clippers are 40-22, 2nd in the Pacific Division and currently No. 5 in the Western Conference standings. And today, they’ve reportedly added what they hope is the missing piece to the puzzle, signing free agent guard Nate Robinson to a 10-day contract. Personally I am not sure Nate helps them much considering the type of players they have, but at the very least he will provide good energy off the bench. The deal was announced just a short time ago and new teammate Matt Barnes already welcomed him via twitter. Check the gallery!
