NCAAF Report: Jameis Winston Leaning Towards Staying at FSU Instead Of Declaring For NFL Draft

Despite almost being undefeated for another season, Jameis Winston didn’t have the best year.  FSU was demolished in the semifinal game against Oregon and won’t be playing in the National Championship next week and Winston’s name has been in the media for a multitude of off-the-field antics that could leave scouts unwilling to take a chance on him.  Winston is considering foregoing the NFL Draft this year and staying at FSU.

NCAAF: FSU Players Return Home From Loss & Find Their Cars Keyed & Tires Slashed!

I know that college football means A LOT to many people but this is just going way too far.  On Thursday night Oregon dethroned FSU with a crushing 59-20 win.  The loss knocked FSU out of the first ever college football playoffs and ended their winning streak at 29 games.  It sent the Seminoles back to Tallahassee with their first loss since November of 2012 and things only got worse for the players when they arrived home.

I’m sure no one is surprised by this but Florida State Seminoles quarterback Jameis Winston was ruled to have not violated university conduct code.  Which means he’s free to compete in the Rose Bowl against the Oregon Ducks on New Year’s Day.

NCAA: Jameis Winston Finally Explains in Graphic Detail What Happened the Night He Was Accused of Rape

NCAA: QB Jameis Winston Sexual Assault Trial Day 2 – NO Decision

The 20-year-old FSU quarterback has undergone what is now day two of his sexual assault trial. However, the court still has yet to reach a verdict regarding the case between the NCAA star and “female student [who] said Winston sexually assaulted her in December 2012.” The hearing has turned into a complete mess with “more inconsistencies” and “more lies,” while the alleged victim’s lawyer remains VERY confident, saying his evidence will be enough to persuade the hearing officer “to expel Winston from school.” Damnnn, more details on this case after the jump!

Famous Jameis is dominating headlines once again, and once again it’s for something negative.  Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston remains the most talked-about college football player in America and lately it appears all bad as the NFL Draft draws closer and closer.  The defending national champion, Heisman Trophy winning quarterback led No. 3 Florida State to another comeback win Saturday, pulling out a not-so-pretty 20-17 win over Boston College but it was one thing he did during the game that had everyone talking.
