Nicki Minaj skipped out on Hot 97’s annual Summer Jam concert last night, so instead, Hot 97 personality Funk Flex filled her time slot with a prolonged set on the turntables. He used the opportunity to ride for his co-worker Peter Rosenberg (the reason behind her pulling out), saying Nicki was too scared to touch down.
