Is Gucci Mane Being Released From Prison Next Month?
No. The answer is no. Despite what you may have seen on social media from the likes of producer Mike WiLL Made It, Atlanta DJ DJ Bankhead and more, Gucci Mane will not be released from his longtime prison bid on July 11. MTV spoke with Gucci‘s lawyer, Drew Findling, and he revealed the following:
“We do not know where that rumor came from, so that’s just Internet and social media fabrication. We have no idea where that release date came from because we’re still in the midst of resolving things with the Bureau of Prisons. There was some confusion on their part, about his release date.”
