Alleged Cartel Leader Arrested!
Mexican police have arrested a man, “who is persumed to be and say he is,” Mario Cardenas Guillen. He was captured in the northern state of Tamaulipas. Guillen is a suspected leader of the Gulf cartel. His brother, Osiel Cardenas Guillen, was the cartel’s founder and former leader. Click below to read more. Jason J.
