It is said that when people go through different traumatic life altering events, they often change up their hair style to cope with whatever it is they are dealing with. For Chris Brown’s case, that would make ALL the sense in the world being that this man changes up his hair more than most homeless people change their drawers. Breezy took to his Instagram page to debut yet ANOTHER hair-do, this time saying adios to the curls and hello to a nice clean looking brush-cut. Throughout the past few years, we’ve seen everything from curly to rainbow, purple, blue and the list just goes on and on. Since CB seems to be getting his life back on track and taking his new role as a daddy very seriously, I guess he wanted to “shave away the toxins” and start fresh with his shaved head and his precious baby girl, Royalty. I’m sure getting his brand new mansion broken into and his aunt held at gun-point didn’t help this ridding of the negative energy but hopefully he can stay grounded and not act out irrationally as he is known to do. After going Platinum, making his debut on the Jimmy Fallon Show and dropping a remix with Drake on the track, it’s safe to say that Jersey’s own Fetty Wap is having a VERY good week. In fact, his week was so good that he decided to get $4,000 dread extensions in his hair just because, well, HE CAN! Fetty took to his Instagram account to post up a message for everyone hating on his new ‘do. He took a photo in bed sleeping with money all around him with a caption that reads, “Dreamin bout the money … & ya still on my hair lol 100%.” Not for nothing but the “Trap Queen” rapper has a point! Ever since the Dru Hill days, we’ve been seeing R&B crooner Sisqo rocking his signature blonde hair-do. However, he made a drastic change to his appearance in light of the tragic events occurring in Baltimore after the death of Freddie Grey. To support his hometown during its time of need, Sisqo took to his Instagram page to show off his baldie with a caption that reads:
I sacrificed my hair as a symbol of support for the struggle that Baltimore & most inner-city youth face everyday. My hair has been my signature around the world since our careers started hand n hand with being a Baltimore native good,bad, or ugly. It wrenched my heart when I saw the way that we were being portrayed to the world media. The fact that I was unable to march on the streets of my city with my brothers & sisters

Since his career popped off over a decade ago, rapper Pusha T has been known for his signature braids. King Push posted up a photo getting a SUPER facial with a caption that reads, “Just cut my braids off, now it’s time for my 2500 dollar facial…” I always said Push will look so handsome without those 2001-ish braids, and finally that day is here. He’s an amazing rapper nonetheless but anyone who is still rocking braids in 2015 has to get cracked on just because.
