The pair hosted an event together in the Hamptons over the weekend, and they were quite close and cozy throughout the night. “I haven’t had such a good time in so long,” Katy was overheard telling two of her girls. Though her and Jamie have been friends for a while (he was close with her ex-husband, Tom), some say they’ve become a whole lot more in recent months. So Scary: Jennifer Lopez Had A Stalker Living In Her Mansion For DAYS & She OENO!
Ugh, it is not all glitz and glamor being a celebrity! There are some downright awful sides to it…and that includes having stalkers! A man was just arrested for sleeping in Jennifer Lopez’s pool house at her Hamptons mansion…and he had been there for DAYS unnoticed! How super creepy is that?! Worst part is, she already had a run-in with this man, having filed a protective order against him for contacting her mother earlier this year! Cops say 49-year-old John M. Dubis basically “moved in” earlier this month, and walked around freely for neighbors to see, even posting photos on Facebook. He was eventually arrested and booked for burglary, stalking, and criminal contempt. He pled not guilty, and is currently sitting in jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. The judge has also ordered a mental evaluation for him.

I think I picked the wrong profession. Actor Richard Gere just listed his Hamptons estate for a whopping $65 million, and it is breathtaking! The 12,000 square-foot mansion features 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, sprawled out over a 6-acre lot (which was originally two different properties.) The estate features 2 guest houses, an outdoor fireplace pavilion, waterfront pond, a teahouse and dock permits. Check the pics in the gallery!
