VH1’s Hip-Hop Honors returned from its 6-year hiatus on Monday night, paying tribute to some of the greatest women in hip-hop’s history. Queen Latifah, Lil Kim, Missy Elliott and Salt-N-Pep were the honorees of the night, while so many other influential women in music were in attendance to pay homage.

Lil Kim is the latest name announced by VH1 as an honoree at this year’s Hip-Hop Honors: All Hail the Queens ceremony. The Queen Bee joins the previously-announced Queen Latifah, Salt-N-Pepa and Missy Elliott, so she is certainly in some legendary company!
