Do you know Owen? Owen-6? Yup, the jokes that have lasted the past few weeks look like they will continue on for much longer. The Giants once again found a way to lose and now are a miserable 0-6. As a diehard Giants fan this is even hard for me to write. The Bears picked Eli Manning off with less than 2 minutes to go in the game to seal a 27-21 victory. Manning had 3 interceptions, including one that was returned for a touchdown, and had numerous “Eli-Face” sightings. You know that deer in the headlights look every time he throws an interception. The Giants had a chance to win, trailing 27-21 late in the 4th quarter and Eli moving them down the field. However, in a season full of mistakes, Eli threw a pass that was just a little too high and the ball bounced off the hands of the receiver and into the Bears hands to end the game. If there was anything good to take away from the game, Brandon Jacobs actually remembered he could run like a beast back in 2007 and rushed for over 100 yards and 2 Touchdown’s. Is he a bitter old man, or is he 100% correct? Kareem was on ESPN First Take yesterday and was there to discuss Dwight Howard. He proceeds to praise Dwight for being a nice guy, but pretty much trashes his basketball game. He even said it was “easy” to help get Lakers big men ready to play against him before he became a member of the Lakers last season. Kareem has been pretty critical of Dwight ever since he decided to go to Houston, so it is hard to decipher if his analysis comes from strictly basketball talk, or if his ego was hurt as a former Laker when Howard decided to throw the deuces up and hit H-town. Kareem also talked trash about Andrew Bynum last year after reports came out that while Bynum was still in L.A., he eventually brushed off help from Kareem who was trying to mentor the young big man. NBA: Nets Coach Jason Kidd Suspended 2 Games For DUI
Brooklyn Nets new coach Jason Kidd will have to wait to coach his first game in the NBA. Today the league announced a 2 game suspension dating back to his DUI arrest in July. Kidd was driving late at night and was intoxicated when he crashed into a utility pole. Assistant Lawerence Frank, who coincidentally was Kidd’s coach when he was a player on the Nets, will coach the first 2 games.

This marriage could be over any day now!! Reports have surfaced that earlier this week, Lamar and Khloe met up together at their house in California. What was not known until late last night was how the meeting took a crazy turn! It was bad enough that she got upset with him when she got there because he was still talking about staying sober on his own, instead of going to rehab. But things might of crossed a line that there is no coming back from when she actually found crack on him!! To top it off, reports say he accused her of stealing his stash!! Groupies are always going to be groupies. I wish athletes and entertainers would learn one day to not show these women any love. Anyone of them could be looking for some attention, as in this case. Two girls from the Charlotte area are claiming they have Cam Newton on a phone call setting up a booty call. It is not verified that the phone on the other end of the line is Cam, but just from listening it definitely does sound like him. But at the end of the day, WHO CARES? Cam is a single young man who is free to do as he pleases. He isn’t doing anything wrong by trying to get some a**. These women obviously are looking for more than some sex and a walk of shame.
