The San Francisco 49ers quarterback has refused to stand for the national anthem instead opting to take a knee; Kaepernick says his protest is against racism, oppression and police brutatlity against black people and other minorities. Though some people support Kaepernick, others disagree with his method of protest. Iman Shumpert says he no longer believes Kaepernick’s method is the right approach.
