Protesters climbed over blast walls and broke through cordons to enter Baghdad’s “Green Zone” today. The Green Zone is home to miniseries as well as the U.S embassy. Lawmakers panicked and some were struck by protesters as they left the building. Some choose to hide in the basement for several hours, afraid of the crowd angered by corruption in the political system. A state of emergency has been declared in the country’s capital.

Two men miraculously caught a 1-year-old baby falling from a window in China. The child climbed onto the ledge of the second story building, in hopes of finding his mother. The men identified as Mr. Li and Mr. Hu spotted the child during the heavy rainstorm in China’s Guangdong Province. They two men stood in the middle of the street beside one another, anticipating the fall with open arms. Mr. Li made the catch in the end. “I didn’t think too much at the time. I was just afraid of failing to catch him. Some people put down cardboard to avoid serious injuries to the baby if I fail to catch him,” ” said Li to China’s CCTV.

Men in Kenya are now allowed to marry whoever they want and as many women as they want. Kenya’s parliament recently passed a bill which gives them the freedom to do this. Chairman of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee, Samuel Chepkong’a, said, “Any time a man comes home with a woman, that would be assumed to be a second or third wife.
