Ladies and gentlemen, the wait is over! J Cole is back and he’s out to kill the competition and call out those who lack lyrical skill. J Cole made an impact this week, announcing the release of his album 4 Your Eyez Only, scheduled to drop this Friday. The Crooked Smile MC spontaneously put out two videos, “False Prophets” and “Everybody Dies” and of course, fans went crazy. In the song “False Prophets”, J Cole seemingly comes at one of his idols, Kanye West for no longer being the honorable person he once was. Was Cole dissing Ye, or was he just speaking what was in his heart? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!

While Ye isn’t around to defend his name, it appeared that famed producer Mike Dean, who’s tight with Ye, wanted to do so for him:

“why do artists who are lacking always make a diss song just before their LP comes out??”
