Got about 20 mil laying around? Yea, I don’t either but someone out there does and will be able to cop Will Smith’s awesome NYC pad. The apartment was purchased just for while he films Men In Black III and now that shooting is over, he’s ready to let go of the place. The 7,300+ square foot pad takes up the building’s entire fourth floor, boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 baths and a 90 foot living room. Sheesh! Check out the gallery below. Marisa Mendez

This makes me breathe a huge sigh of relief. With rumors of a seperation, cheating, walking in on the other and more…things didn’t seem too great. And pictures are worth 1000 words. Then again…these two are both professional actors. Any photo opp can be staged. Let’s hope this is the real deal. I’d hate to see a beautiful 13 year marriage go out like that.
