(Photo) NBA: LeBron James Chooses His Cavaliers Jersey Number

About a week ago LeBron James took to his Instagram and Twitter account to ask his fans which number he should wear with the Cleveland Cavaliers.  Should he keep the No. 6 he acquired with the Miami Heat?  Or should he complete his unfinished business and go back to the No. 23 he wore originally with the Cavaliers and in high school?  So which did he pick?

Lebron may be back in Cleveland but he still doesn’t know what jersey number to go with. He was obviously #23 with the Cavs in his first stint with the team before changing to number 6 with the Miami Heat. The number 6 is also is team USA number. James’ website, LeBronJames.com, briefly showed him in a No. 6 jersey, but that was soon replaced. James took to social media Friday to get the input of his fans. Sources have told ESPN that James was also considering No. 32, which he wore his freshman year of high school when 23 wasn’t available. The people who are waiting his decision the most are retailers looking to cash in on the influx of jersey sales that will occur once he makes up his mind. Hit the jump.


NBA: Spencer Hawes Wants Blake Griffin’s No. 32 Jersey & Has Idea How To Get It; Griffin Responds

On Friday night Spencer Hawes agreed to a 4-year, $23 million deal with the Clippers.  Now there’s just one tiny issue.  He rocks jersey #32 and so does Blake Griffin.  So will Blake give up his current number?!  I doubt it, but Spencer does have an idea on how they can settle the issue.  I’d love to see this.  Check it out…
