When news broke that a NWA biopic film was in the works, there was no better choice than to cast Ice Cube’s son, O’shea Jackson Jr., to play the younger version of his father in the highly-anticipated movie. Unfortunately he was not able to grow his own jheri curls in time for filming, so Universal had to purchase a wig for him since the curls are a MUST for playing a young Cube.
