(Video) Joey Bada$$ Punches Cameraman Outside ‘Yeezy Season 3’ Show

Joey Bada$$ was just one of dozens of artist and celebs who showed up to Madison Square Garden Thursday to support the release of Kanye West’s latest project, The Life of Pablo. Things seemed to be running smoothly all the way around, until the end of the night when Joey Bada$$ got into it with a cameraman while leaving the arena. Caught on camera by the swarm of paparazzi, Joey was walking out of MSG, when a cameraman reached out and touched him on the back of the head. Joey wasn’t having any part of it and turned around throwing punches. The incident only lasted a few seconds as it was broken up by police almost instantly, however Joey was able to get a few good punches in. As soon as they were separated by police, Joey was swept away through the crowd. I’m sure we can expect some kind of lawsuit to be filed in the future. Stay tuned… Check out the altercation below.

A$AP Yams Tribute Concert ‘Yams Day’ Announced With A$AP Rocky, Joey Bada$$ and More

January 18 marks one year since we lost the A$AP Mob’s visionary, A$AP Yams. In his memory that day, Rocky and the crew will be kicking off the inaugural A$AP Yams tribute concert, Yams Day. Going down at Terminal 5 in Yams’ hometown of NYC, the show will include performances from the entire Mob (Rocky included,) as well as Joey Bada$$, Lil Uzi and more to be announced. I truly hope at least some of the members of Dipset will be in attendance, seeing as though Yams got his start with them as in intern, and he always named them as some of his biggest influences. Tickets will be $45, and go on sale tomorrow, December 18. Check out the full event flyer in the gallery. We miss you, Yams!

Joey Bada$$ Forced To Cancel Tour Dates Because Of Exhaustion

Prayers up for our guy Joey Bada$$, who’s unfortunately been forced to cancel the remainder of his tour due to exhaustion – physically, mentally and emotionally. In a statement released on Twitter, the Pro Era rapper explained that his whirlwind year – which began on a low with losing his older cousin/tourmate and included highs like touring the world and dropping his debut album – has left him with nothing left to give, and he does not want to give the fans a half-ass show. “When the agents, managers, fans & friends don’t understand how I’m feeling, my body does” Joey wrote. “I’m deeply sorry to announce the cancellation of my shows in Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki, and Starland Ballroom in New Jersey but I am thoroughly exhausted.” Check out the full statement below. Feel better soon, Joey!
