UFC: Reebok Drops Jon Jones After Hit-and-Run Arrest

Things just continue to get bad for Jon Jones.  The UFC superstar turned himself in to police after being named as a suspect in a hit-and-run accident that left a pregnant woman injured.  Jones got out of jail on bond and is facing felony charges.  UFC suspended Jones indefinitely and stripped him of his title, but that’s not all.

UFC champion Jon Jones was officially named as a suspect in a hit-and-run accident that left a pregnant woman injured.  Jones dodged the police for a while before turning himself in and bailing himself out just a few hours later.  Jones is facing felony charges for leaving the scene and also because of the extent of the injury to the pregnant woman who reportedly broke her arm.  His problems go beyond criminal charges as he is now out of a job… for now.

Yesterday we reported that Jon Jones was officially named a suspect in a hit-and-run accident that left a pregnant woman injured.  The police were searching for Jones but were unable to get in contact with him.  Well now Jones is officially in police custody after turning himself in to law enforcement.

UFC superstar Jon Jones has now been named a suspect in a hit and run crash in which a 20-year-old pregnant woman was hospitalized, the Albuquerque Police Department reports.
