Judge Trudy White however, was NOT having that in her courtroom. Margaret Lagattuta, Louding attorney requested that along with another request to surpress incriminating statements made by the hired hitman. State Judge Rejects NYC Sugary Drink Ban!
Mayor Bloomberg has spoken out about the possibly ban on Sugary drinks for New Yorkers. It turns out that the State Judge has rejected the ban completely, calling it “arbitrary and capricious”. It seems like everyone is relieved by this, especially businesses because they profit so much off of the sugary drinks.

Kara DioGuardi will soon welcome the arrival of her first child.The former “American Idol” judge revealed to People magazine that she and husband Mike McCuddy are expecting the arrival of their baby boy via gestational surrogate in the coming weeks.“We are eagerly awaiting the healthy and happy birth of our son Greyson James Carroll McCuddy,” DioGuardi, 42, told the magazine.
