George Zimmerman Wants His GPS Removed: DENIED !!!
George Zimmerman, the guy still awaiting trial for the murder of Trayvon Martin, was in court this morning trying to get the judge to remove his GPS monitoring. He wants to be able to travel more ‘freely’. Attorneys argued that Zimmerman needs the GPS removed, because of his personal safety and to be able to meet with potential witnesses in his defense. What I say to that is, if someone wanted to kill your a** they could have done it by now. Well, breaking news is that the judge has already denied that claim this morning. Thank You Judge. Score! Britney Spears’ Crazy Ex-Manager’s Case Against Her Gets Thrown Out By The Judge!
Team Britney has scored a major win today, as the ongoing case with her toxic (pun intended) ex manager Sam Lutfi has finally come to an end! For now, at least. The judge residing over the case feels like Sam didn’t provide any evidence that the Spears’ team (as Britney’s affairs are managed by her father in the conservatorship) did anything wrong in letting him go a couple years back. His lawsuit was specifically on grounds that “various members of the Spears family had defamed him, attacked him and breached a management contract he said he had with Britney.” When testifying, his goal was to make Britney look like a crazy drug addict, and that he was the victim. Lil Wayne Scolded By Judge For “Irresponsible Behavior”
Lil Wayne and Quincy Jones III have been battling it out in the legal system, ever since Wayne brought a lawsuit to Jones over a documentary they’d worked on together a few years back. Though Wayne was fully participating at the time, he decided the final edit showed a “scandalous” portrayal of his life, and wants to block the release. In the deposition tapes we showed you last month, Wayne clearly takes it very lightly, and just goofed off and gave attorneys quite a hard time while they tried to speak to him. That may end up biting him in the butt now, as his recent health scare prevented him from appearing in court for the matter today, and now the judge on the case only has Wayne’s tapes to go off of.
