This may not be modest to the average person. But buying a $524,000 home when rappers like Rick Ross drops $5.8 million on Evander Holyfield’s 109-room mansion in Georgia…… is pretty modest. The TDE rapper reportedly copped a 4-bedroom home in Eastvale for the small fee off the half a million and is comfortable an hour away from Los Angeles, California.
