A warrant was issued for Gucci Mane’s arrest last week, when a U.S. soldier came forward to reveal he’d been assaulted by the rapper with a BOTTLE, after simply asking for a picture following a show. He eventually turned himself in on Tuesday, and now he’s being denied bond until the next court hearing on April 10th. Yikes. I think the best thing for him right now would be some help in a rehab facility with counseling, and not necessarily prison. What do you guys think?

Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail Time…But She’s Headed To Rehab For A While!
I’ve never seen a person avoid jail as much as Lindsay Lohan! Once again the actress dodges the slammer, instead opting for 90 days in rehab as part of a plea deal for her lying to cops and reckless driving case stemming from last June. She also has to perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months. She also admitted to a probation violation in the jewelry heist case and was sentenced to 180 days in jail….but managed to avoid jail there too because that sentence was STAYED and she won’t do time if she continues to obey all laws. SMH! Lucky girl, huh?
Edward Furlong Sentenced To 6 Months In Jail
Actor Edward Furlong has just been sentenced to another 6 months in jail, this time for violating his probation on two instances. The first was using force against his ex girl (he was arrested twice for it), and the second for contacting her even though she had a protective order. Seems like he has more experience with jail than acting at this point. SMH.
