When Eminem’s name first dropped on the scene, controversy was right behind. There really hasn’t been a time in his career, that he hasn’t stirred up some things so, I’m sure that Em knew what he was doing when he recorded, “Rap God.” Bars such as, “a mother******* table over the back of a couple faggots and crack it in half…You fags think it’s all a game,” has the LGBT community in an uproar. Stonewall – a gay rights charity – claims that the lyrics are, “outdated and deeply offensive!” Really, what if I mentioned to the world, ‘don’t ever say the word happy, because I’m not happy EVER or me and my people don’t use the word happy!’ It’s a freedom of expression, and the attacks on people who say certain things is getting old.
