Well this is strange and super not legal. Kylie Jenner helped tattoo her initials on Lionel Richie’s son Miles’ hand just for the f*ck of it at a recording studio in Hollywood this past Friday. The 16-year-old was accompanied by her big sissy Khloe Kardashian, her new beaux French Montana and 19-year-old Miles Richie. Sources say Richie was getting tattoo’d up by John Petro when Kylie decided she wanted to assist with the process, so she put on some gloves and showed off her artistic skills. However, this whole ordeal was entirely illegal because according to Los Angeles Country Dept of Public Health, anyone administering a tattoo (or helping) has to be 18, and the KUWTK star is only 16. She could be fined and hit with a misdemeanor but Petro could lose his license completely. AH! Check out the video footage below of the whole tat process!
