Wendy Williams’ Contract Extended To 2022 . . . But NOT Her Show? Hmmm

Lionsgate has officially extended Wendy Williams’ contract by seven years, to the year 2022. However, the contract for her talk show, the Wendy Williams Show, has not yet been renewed. Seems like Tyler Perry isn’t going to renew his contract he has with the Lions Gate Entertainment Corporation. According to sources, the decision was mutual and Perry has slowly begun to shift his professional affairs from Los Angeles to his Atlanta offices. Lionsgate Confirms “The Hunger Games” Sequel

Lionsgate has confirmed that they will be making a film adaptation to “Catching Fire,” the second book of “The Hunger Games” trilogy! I haven’t had the chance to see “The Hunger Games,” but “Catching Fire” was my favorite book of the trilogy so I’m glad they are bringing it to the big screen. “Catching Fire” is already causing a stir due to rumors of a new director taking the reigns of the project.
