The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers preseason game got pretty testy and it wasn’t just between the two rival teams.  Things heated up between Chris Paul and a referee.  The Clippers star guard was thrown out of the game after telling the ref, “I’ve got two kids of my own, don’t talk to me like I’m a little kid.”


NBA: Doc Rivers ‘Surprised How Sensitive’ the Warriors Are

Tensions between the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers continue to fester, mostly because of the Clippers head coach Doc Rivers.  The Warriors have received criticism about their title run from many people including Rivers who said, “You need luck in the West. Look at Golden State. They didn’t have to play us or the Spurs.”  The Warriors fired back at Rivers and the other detractors and now Doc has more to say.


NBA: Lance Stephenson on Time With Hornets: ‘a star normally gets the ball’

Lance Stephenson played well with the Indiana Pacers and it was expected that he would be a significant help to the Charlotte Hornets.  It was not a unanimous decision however, there were concerns about how well he would fit with the team and those concerns ended up being justified.

NBA Report: Knicks, Heat & Cavaliers Interested in Jamal Crawford

“Cause you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone…”  Some years later and the New York Knicks want former Sixth Man of the Year Jamal Crawford back.  Crawford signed a free-agent deal with the Knicks 11 years ago and was one of then-President Isiah Thomas’ first signature moves. Crawford was traded in November of 2008 to Golden State by Donnie Walsh as the Knicks began clearing cap space.  Now they want him back but will have to get creative to do so.
