East River And Manhattan River Starting To Spill Over Banks
Both the East and Manhattan Rivers have begun to flood and spill over the river banks. The flooding rivers have begun pouring more water into New York City and flooding first floor apartments in some areas. Sanitation Departments in the area have also started to flood.
