It’s no secret that Mark Cuban wants Dirk Nowitzki to finish his career with the Dallas Mavericks. Cuban has made it quite clear that Nowitzki won’t be traded and though he will become a free agent soon, Cuban is willing to offer Dirk whatever he wants as he still maintains he wants to build around the aging star. Mark Cuban never bites his tongue, and you can either hate him or love him for it. But this time it was in defense, surprisingly of Alex Rodriguez and the way he feels major league baseball has treated him. He was on the Jay Leno show last night to discuss it. The NBA starting taking “flops” much more serious this year. Mavs Owner Mark Cuban is taking it to another level though. He is paying out of his own pocket for a study to be done on it at Southern Methodist University.
