NBA: Report, DeAndre Jordan Officially Tells Mavs No Thanks, Signs Four Year Deal To Stay With The Clippers

The Clippers waited around until the first possible chance they could to re-sign DeAndre Jordan in his own home while the Mavs could only hopelessly watch from afar. In the end it worked out for them as they got their man as Jordan agreed to stay in Hollywood and sign a four year deal with the Clippers.

Tiger Woods may have just gotten the ax from now former girlfriend, Lindsey Von, but at least on this night it didn’t seem to be keeping him down. Tiger had a charity event in Vegas and partied alongside some beautiful woman, gambled with Mavericks owner Mark Cuban and just overall looked like he had a good time. Von allegedly broke up with Tiger because he cheated on her and he has had very public issues with that in the past, but regardless of all that he seemed to have a good night. Check the gallery!


Mark Cuban Says ‘Horrible’ College Basketball is Hurting the NBA & Refs Couldn’t Manage a White Castle

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has made it very clear that he is not fond of college basketball.  While some owners prefer the one year rule as it helps develop players for the NBA, other owners prefer the old rule where basketball players can enter the league right out of high school.  Cuban is part of the latter group and he says it’s because of the physical, slow-down style that has become common in the NCAA which results in prospects who are poorly prepared to jump to the NBA.


NBA: Mark Cuban Answers Kevin Durant’s 1-on-1 All Star Challenge: “I beat Dirk, I can beat him”

Kevin Durant is the reigning MVP and scoring champ but his All-Star selection this year was a bit controversial since he’s only appeared in 24 of his team’s 51 games to this point in the season.  The ever competitive Durant stood by his selection and when asked whether or not another player should have been chosen he said, “Whoever want my spot can play me one-on-one for it.”  At the time it was taken as a challenge to Damian Lillard who wrote a lengthy Instagram caption about being snubbed.  As you know Lillard never responded to that and was later chosen to replace the injured Blake Griffin.  Someone else however took Durant up on his offer, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.

NBA: Mavericks Owner Mark Cuban Hints the Thunder Should Tank This Season

The injury bug hit the Oklahoma City Thunder hard as they lost their two stars, Kevin Durant (foot fracture) and Russell Westbrook (hand fracture), along with several other players including Anthony Morrow, Grant Jerrett, Mitch McGary, Andre Roberson and Perry Jones III.  Many people have said this is a lost season for them and even Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban hinted that they should tank.
