(Photos) Pharrell Files A $5 Million Lawsuit For What !?!?

Court papers were filed by Pharrell Williams PW Licensing, LLC against Diageo North America. Diageo is a liquor manufacturer who did not meet their obligations by producing and distributing Q Cream, the alcoholic drink that was thought of by Pharrell with the vision of being marketed as a high-end drink towards women. He’s saying in the court filing that it was not marketed as “high-end,” but as a club drink. Also, after two years of working on the product and building it’s name, Diageo (without warning) informed Pharrell that they were stopping shop on the product. This is bad business. We all know that the product wasn’t making any money. To be honest I’ve seen Q Cream around (never purchased it), and didn’t know until I read this news that it belonged to Pharrell. That was the first mistake, NOT marketing the name of the owner. Drop down bottom and then you can check out the gallery. JaaiR (JR)
