(Photo+Video) MLB Superstar Jose Fernandez Dies In Tragic Accident

Miami Marlins ace Jose Fernandez was killed in a boating accident Sunday morning. The Baseball world is in shock and saddened, wishing that it was all a nightmare. Fernandez and two friends were on a speed boat, when they crashed into rocks. The Florida Wildlife Commission confirmed that Fernandez died because of the impact of the crash, he did not drown. Fernandez, whom was not only not afraid of water, he was familiar with it as he came to the US from Cuba by sea.

The Miami Marlins hired a new manager yesterday and in the process gained a new, famous fan. The Marlins hired former Dodgers manager and Yankees great, Don Mattingly, to manage their team for hopefully at least the next four seasons. Apparently that made Lil Wayne very happy.

MLB: Blue Jays & Marlins Agree To Blockbuster Trade!

The Miami Marlins and Toronto Blue Jays have agreed to a multiple-player trade that would send shortstop Jose Reyes and pitcher Josh Johnson to Toronto, sources told ESPN.
