Mary J. Blige was the center of controversy after her infamous Burger King commercial years back, and it seems she’s found herself right back in the same seat with a bizarre Apple Music clip with Hillary Clinton. The video is a promo for The 411, an ode to Mary’s classic 1992 album, which drops on Apple Music this Friday, September 30. While we do love Mary, everything about this video is just…odd. Mary J. Blige Files For Divorce From Husband; Requests To Block Spousal Support

After 12 years together, Mary J. Blige has filed for divorce from her husband/manager, Martin “Kendu” Isaacs. There’s no word on what caused the split, and even on the filed documents, MJB even states the date of separation as “to be determined.” This sounds like it has all the makings of a mess.


Jimmy Iovine Says “Some Women” Find Difficulty In Finding Music; He’s Getting Backlash

It’s a man’s world (in my James Brown voice), and that held some truth in 1966 when the record was made, however, Jimmy Iovine forgot that when he made a some comments during the Thursday taping of CBS This Morning. The producer and co-founder of Interscope Records appeared on the television show and mentioned that “some women” find difficultly in finding music. In other words, they’re not very tech savvy; and yes, he’s getting much backlash for it. Hit the jump for more.

The dope commercial which quickly went viral and became a sensation, showed the ladies getting together at Mary’s house, and then having a full-on dance party in the living room. #SquadGoals foreal.
