Jodi Kantor, the author of the book, reportedly interviewed at least 33 White House staff members to expose the issues between the First Lady and the Chief of Staff that caused serious friction in the White House. Kansas House Speaker Mike O’Neal apologized yesterday for an email that he forwarded that compared First Lady Michelle Obama to the Grinch along with calling her “Mrs. YoMama.” O’Neal said that he was just forwarding what he thought was a funny email and meant no harm.
