Mozilla announced today that its ready to launch the Firefox OS for smartphones. The first open web device powered by the OS will be coming soon.


Mozilla Has Released An Update For Firefox 21 With A Few Changes!!

Mozilla has released updates for its Firefox browsers. Firefox 21 update includes integrations with Cliqz, Mixi and MSN Now. It has more options with the DO Not Track Setting. Now users default setting will be set to “no signal” option, so that Do Not Track is disabled. The Firefox Health Report offers advice on how to better use Firefox was also updated. TatWza


Mozilla Firefox 20.0 Has New Features!!!!

Mozilla just released a new version of its web browser. Firefox 20.0 new features include, improved private browsing mode, a new download experience and the ability to close hanging plugins, without the browser hanging.


I Can’t Believe Mozilla Is Doing This!!

Mozilla has no plans to develop a new Firefox for iOS, according to Jay Sullivan, vice president of product for Mozilla. Speaking on a mobile browser wars panel at SXSW, Sullivan said that his company can’t build the browser it wants to for the platform because they are not able able to carry over its sophisticated rendering and javascript engines to iOS.


Can The NEW Mobile Firefox OS Take On iOS & Android With THESE Phones?!?!

Firefox OS finally got shown on a couple of smartphones. It feels like they will have to start off on some less than great ones, The ZTE Open & the Alcatel One Touch Fire will release later this year in emerging markets such as Brazil & Serbia, but won’t come to the US anytime soon, if at all. Mozilla Kicks Off ‘Firefox Flicks’ Video Competition

Mozilla wants to show their power and to do so they just kicked off ‘Firefox Flicks’ Video Competition. Starting February 13, filmmakers will submit a video or what Mozilla calls them Flicks that is 60 seconds or less that will be used in online and broadcast media campaigns.
