NFL: La’El Collins Passes Polygraph in Murder Investigation of Ex-GF & Paternity Test is Negative

La’el Collins is a highly touted offensive tackle from LSU but went undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft due to legal controversy.  Collins former girlfriend Brittney Mills was murdered and though he was suspected to be the father of her unborn child, the police made it clear that he was not a suspect in the crime.  Still teams were hesitant to pick him up with the case still hanging over his head.  Collins left during the Draft to meet with investigators to clear his name and he’s finally done so.

NFL: Police Have a New Theory on the Motive in Aaron Hernandez’s Murder Trial

Though the police department and prosecutors uncovered a massive amount of evidence in the death of Odin Lloyd one thing that wasn’t quite clear was the motive.  In previous reports I read Aaron Hernandez allegedly committed the murder because Lloyd conversed with someone Hernandez didn’t like.  That theory just seemed incredibly weak and dumb (for lack of a better word).  Well now there’s possibly another theory in the case.  Read more after the jump.

NFL: Police & K-9 Units Search Aaron Hernandez’s Home Leaving With Several Evidence Bags

Though it’s innocent until proven guilty, the evidence mounting has New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez looking guilty in the court of public opinion.  While there were several conflicting reports about whether or not an arrest warrant was issued, the police did return to Hernandez’s home and conducted a search, leaving with several items.  Read more after the jump.

NFL: (Video) It’s Going Down!! Arrest Warrant Issued For Aaron Hernandez In Homicide Investigation

This has probably been expected all week, with our own @GameTimeGirl covering the story since it broke, which you can read HERE, but police early this morning issued an arrest warrant for Aaron Hernandez for Obstruction of Justice in connection with a homicide investigation. The warrant, first reported by WBZ NewsRadio 1030 and citing an anonymous law enforcement source, was issued after police discovered that the security system at Hernandez’s home, along with his cellphone, were destroyed, sources told ABC News. Police state Hernandez purposely destroyed his security system and his cellphone, presumably to hide evidence that may of been stored on those devices. Each day since this story broke early in the week it seems it has gotten worse and worse for Hernandez until the warrant was issued this morning. Hit the jump to read more about this crazy story.
