The Indiana Pacers moved on from Frank Vogel, deciding not to renew his contract. They kept things in house however, hiring Nate McMillan as the new head coach after he spent the past three seasons as an associate head coach of the team.

NBA Rumors: Former Blazers Coach Nate McMillan is the Front Runner to Replace Magic Coach Stan Van Gundy
The fates of Magic coach Stan Van Gundy and general manager Otis Smith won’t be clarified until after Orlando does what it does in the playoffs.
