NBA: The Woman That Owns Nets.com Is 69-Years Old & Wants $5 Million For It!

NBA: That Awkward Moment When You Go To “Nets.com”

So for the record, the Brooklyn Nets have never owned Nets.com, so this isn’t as shocking as some are making it out to be. BUT for those that don’t know about it, whoever does own the domain has been (see here) & is having some fun with it.  So where does it take you now?  To another team and yes, there’s a motivation behind it.  Think about the Nets newest additions. Details after the jump…

NBA: What?! Hilarious. Go To NETS.com To Vote For KNICKS All-Stars!

Remember that someone forgot to secure the Nets.com domain (you idiot!!).  It was originally thought that Mark Cuban bought it after a message was posted on Nets.com but apparently he did not. Whoever is running Nets.com has a great sense of humor.  If I was a Nets fan, I’d be pretty pissed (I do wonder what Hov is thinking).  BUT since I’m a Knicks fan, I find this hilarious. Whoops! Someone forgot to secure the Nets.com domain and Mark Cuban, being the smart man that he is,  has taken advantage of that big mistake! Mark Cuban wasn’t happy this past summer after losing out on Deron Williams when he decided to go back to the Nets instead of joining his hometown team, the Dallas Mavericks.
