Jerry Heller Sides With Dr. Dre After Run-In With Police At His Home

On Monday, cops showed up at Dr. Dre’s house after a man claimed Dre had a gun. When they arrived, they handcuffed him on his own property, but released him once no weapon was found. (Since there wasn’t one, and the guy who reported it was a racist weirdo.) Despite not seeing eye to eye and currently having a lawsuit out over last year’s Straight Outta Compton movie, former N.W.A. manager Jerry Heller spoke with paparazzi last night and sided with Dre. He feels the issue is clearly race, and that’s that. Agreed! Check out what he said below.

(Video) Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Address The Theory That Suge Knight Injected Eazy E With AIDs

For many people who were around during NWA’s run in hip-hop, the passing of the groups founder Eazy-E came as a complete and unexpected shock. It wasn’t so much his death that was shocking as was the cause of his death; he passed away within a 3-month span of learning he was HIV positive. Family and friends say there were absolutely no signs up until he was diagnosed. His wife, nor his daughter who his wife was carrying at the time, or any of the other alleged women in his life ever caught the disease. Many have speculated that Suge Knight caused his disease by way of injection and that belief was heightened after Knight’s appearance on Jimmy Kimmel where he spoke about injecting someone with AIDs calling it “the Eazy-E way”. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony shared their thoughts about the topic in the past and that hasn’t changed much today. Clearly there’s more to the story and Lazie Bone thinks that Karma is finally working her magic on Suge Knight. Learn more after the jump!

Ice Cube Plans To Reunite NWA At Coachella 2016!

Ice Cube is one of the featured performers at the upcoming Coachella 2016 festival, and apparently, he has some major plans for his set! “I’ve got some tricks up my sleeves. I’m gonna try to bring the members of N.W.A together,” the rapper/actor said during his appearance on The Talk last week. “Give everybody a little history lesson on Ice Cube and N.W.A, Westside Connection, everything I’ve been doing over the years.” This should be SO dope, especially because of the piqued interest in all things West, thanks to the success of Straight Outta Compton. Coachella is the same place that Tupac was “resurrected” via hologram in 2012 too, so do you think that Eazy-E might reprise his Rock The Bells role for one more round with the crew? I hope so!
