On March 12, 2011 Ophadell Williams was driving a bus from casino in Connecticut to Chinatown when he crashed killed 15 people on board. Williams was well rested, wasn’t drinking, or driving recklessly when a tractor-trailer side swiped the bus causing him to lose control. The driver was speeding which resulted in the bus running off the highway, hit a guardrail, and then toppling.
