We all have heard of the recent fiasco with Ms. Berry, her fiance (Oliver Martinez) and the ex this past week. Well, she’s decided to take things a step further and get a restraining order on the man (Gabriel Aubry) who clearly hasn’t gotten over her. There was a recent order of protection however, that is due to expire on Tuesday. She ain’t doin’ no playing around, because this next one she is looking for some indefinite action.
