If you thought for one second that you were going to be able to get out of making a sweet potato pie this Thanksgiving and planned on buying one of Patti LaBelle’s, think again. Over the weekend, YouTube sensation James Wright Chanel posted his review of the Patti LaBelle Pie. During the video, he tests the pie live for the viewers and after one bite he promptly turns into the Diva, hitting the high notes of her records, “If Only You Knew,” “You Are My Friend” and “On My Own.”

It seems to be never ending drama with these R&B divas. K. Michelle hit the stage this past weekend at the 2015 BET Awards to bury the hatchet with fellow songbird Tamar Braxton along with special guest, legendary Patti LeBelle. It didn’t take long before K. Michelle started getting backlash from her performance (it was already a wrap for Tamar the second she came out looking all crazy). Coko of SWV’s fans were going on a Twitter rampage, sending out tweets about how @Only1Coko needed to be brought out onto the stage instead of K. Michelle and Tamar. After agreeing with her followers, K. Michelle went HAM online and said, “Coko but they didn’t ask you or your chopped teeth to perform. You’re at home. Stop trying it. Love wins.” She then apologized and blamed it on the alcohol, telling Twitter she’s been hitting the bottle hence why she’s talking so recklessly. She ends one beef and ignites the flame on another.. Patti LaBelle Throwing Jabs At These So-Called ‘Divas’
LOL, all tea all shade! Patti LaBelle is a diva in more ways than one, but she doesn’t see it that way. In fact, the “Somebody Loves You Baby” songstress despises the term and what it now stands for. “‘Diva’ is a word that I wouldn’t wanna call myself because it’s so loosely used. It’s not cute anymore,” the longtime musician says in an interview with PrideSource. In Ms. LaBelle’s opinion, these modern day singers can’t even sing, so they should not be smelling themselves. “…all these little heifers who can’t sing are called divas!
