Things got real as a mommy for Kourtney Kardashian a few days ago in Malibu! She was walking with her three-year-old daughter Penelope when she looked away for a split second and a car door opened suddenly, hitting the toddler straight in her face. She hit the floor and started crying hysterically as any young child would. Both Kourtney and the nanny immediately ran to her rescue, comforting Penelope.
