Almost All Of NY’s City Council Has Singed The Petition To Ban Assault Weapons

48 out 51 to be exact. The DailyNews has created a petition to ban assault weapons and it’s got more than a few signatures. Eric Ulrich originally declined to sign the petition, however he read more into it and then changed his mind, which make him the only Republication to have signed. “I believe in the Second Amendment,” Ulrich said, but there’s no reason people need AK 47s or bazookas. #True. With the 2003 shooting-death of fellow council-man, James Davis still fresh in some council members minds, it made the decision to sign off that much easier. This gun-control talk has become top priority on a lot of people’s list. I can see the phrase, “the right to bear arms” being tossed around like a rag doll. Drop down bottom for more. JaaiR (JR)

Bethesda Game Studios and its popular first-person RPG Skyrim are no strangers to a little bit of controversy. But who would have thought that the back-and-forth squabble between the game’s fans, detractors, and developers would have jumped out of the digital domain and gone all the way to… the White House? @Yungjohnnybravo @TatWZA
