Justin Melton is a 5’9 basketball player in the Philippines Basketball Association, the same league Manny Pacquiao plays in. Despite his size, Melton gets up for some serious dunks, but this was far from one of those times. Melton tried to compete in a dunk contest blindfolded and the result was a horrible, epic fail.
