President Obama And The First Family Will Continue To Call Washington D.C. Home After End Of Term

At the end of this presidential term, President Obama and his family will continue living in Washington D.C. According to USA TODAY reports, the First Family’s decision to remain in our nation’s capital lies with the schooling of their youngest daughter Sasha. During a stop in Milwaukee earlier this week, President Obama gave a small look into his life after the presidency. He revealed to a few reporters while having lunch , “We’re going to have to stay a couple of years so Sasha can finish. Transferring someone in the middle of high school — tough.” Sasha is set to graduate from the exclusive Sidwell Friends School in the spring of 2018. After graduation, it remains a mystery where the Obamas will go next.


President Obama Releases A Statement About Laquan McDonald

With the entire country on edge after the dash-cam video footage detailing the disturbing encounter between 17-year-old Laquan McDonald and officer Jason Van Dyke was released, President Obama released a statement to admit he was “deeply disturbed” after seeing the video, but thanked residents of Chicago remaining calm during this time.
