Kicks: Nike Air Trainer 1 “Pro Bowl” Images + Release Date

With the Pro-Bowl being held in Hawaii again, Nike made sure to keep your footwear in check for the event. Check out the newly released images of the Nike Air Trainer 1 “Pro Bowl”, a Hawaiian themed sneaker that will fly in any season. The upper consists of white leather and a floral design print features on the back heel area, tongue, and on the strap towards the front. A icey outsole finishes the Summer look making this shoe pretty damn dope, to me anyway. I think anyone who doesn’t cop, will regret it when they see these on-feet. You feelin em’? NFL: Report..NFL To Start Doing A Draft For Pro Bowl??

Everyone is in agreement about the NFL Pro Bowl, it usually sucks! Players work hard all season to be recognized as an NFL all-star, only to have the pro bowl itself be the worst all-star game of all major sports. I mean there is good reason though. Why would a player who makes millions off football each year want to go out and give his all in a game that doesn’t even count. Players worry about being injured in a game like that, and that is a legitimate concern. Players go more for the free trip to Hawaii than the actual game itself. You can usually even see players are only running at half speed. The commissioner last season actually threatened to cancel the Pro Bowl going forward if the effort didn’t become better. Well a new idea may pump some life back into the game. Read more about it after the jump.

The Pro Bowl definitely has not been that exciting for the past few years and many fans have complained about it.  I agree, it doesn’t have that excitement it used to have, BUT I always enjoy an extra week of football – so I don’t want to see it go anywhere.  The NFL is going to take a close look at this years Pro Bowl to determine if there will be future Pro Bowls. What do you guys think?  Should they do away with it or keep it?!  Report after the jump… GameTimeGirl
